Sherry Holland Senter graduated from Temple University, Philadelphia Pennsylvania, with Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is a native of Maryland and returned in 2000 as an elementary school teacher. She immediately earned a Master degreee in Urban Education and Leadership from the University of Maryland.

She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Innovative Insights & Solutions, LLC. Innovative Insights & Solutions is a certified Women and Minority Business Enterprise with Baltimore City (W/MBE). IIS has provided professional consulting services to Maryland, Pennsylvania and DC. The firm advises businesses, organizations, and professionals on instructional systems, organizational performance, human capital development and personal development. Mrs. Holland-Senter is an adjunct lecturer at Morgan State University, specializing in Race and Cultural Diversity, Foundations in Education. She is a contributor to the Earl Graves School of Business, MBA Program.

Mrs. Holland Senter has been a long time political advocate advancing public policy in education and healthcare on behalf of children and families in Baltimore City and beyond. She is a dynamic trainer, success coach and facilitator utilizing innovative data-driven research based programs to get results for leaders within public and private sectors. She is devoted to public service and community involvement.

Mrs. Holland-Senter believes in and employs a comprehensive and holistic approach to principles of success and empowerment. Mrs. Holland Senter resides in Maryland with her husband and daughter.
